Eu Lee Koon started his career in the VC/PE industry with AIA-Walden, a joint venture between US-based Walden International Investment Group and the American Investment Group. While there, he was involved in the evaluation and investment of early and growth stage companies. Subsequently, he left to help set up and oversee the operation of a Myanmar direct investment fund, whose major shareholders were Singapore’s OCBC Bank and Temasek Holdings.

Prior to founding Capital Plus, he was at the Private Equity arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), where he helped to set up the Portfolio Monitoring Group, which oversees and conducts all post-investment activities such as Fund Administration, Portfolio Management and Divestment Planning & Execution. After GIC, he was hired to set up and operate a sovereign wealth fund for one of the Emirates in the UAE.

Lee Koon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (honours) degree and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

A chartered accountant, Dawn Tan oversees all the accounting and financial aspects of the Company. Prior to joining Capital Plus, she was at the United Overseas Bank Group holding various positions including Compliance and Business Development. While at UOB-Kay Hian, she was responsible for the distribution, placement and underwriting of the IPO process of various companies.

At Capital Plus, Dawn advises on the financial and accounting systems of our clients. Using her extensive networks within the stock broking industry, she is the Company’s lead manager for fund-raising activities involving institutional and private clients. Dawn holds an accounting degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business in Banking and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney in Australia.

A board of Advisors, comprising experienced players from the Private Equity, Training and Executive Search industries, advises the Company. They not only provide strategic direction and business leads for the Company but also the crucial regional and global business networks and relationships necessary for the growth of the Company.
