Funding

We provide funding services for companies looking for funding. This funding can be for start-up, expansion or matured stage companies. We will work with the company to evaluate what is the optimal form of financing and help to prepare them for funding by developing a Business Plan and an accompanying Financial Model and Deal Structure. We then identify potential investors who would be interested in such a Business Model and act as the intermediary in the transaction, bridging the gap in expectation between the two parties. Our funding service ranges from raising funds from as low as S$200,000 to as high as S$20m.

Business Plan Development

As part of the preparation for investment, we help companies to articulate their business plan and highlight the intrinsic value of what they are selling.

We will also develop a financial and valuation model so that they can price their companies to correctly reflect their value and potential while remaining realistic enough to meet the expectation of investors.

Investment Opportunities

Through our activities in the industry, we are able to access proprietary investment opportunities. We will screen the opportunities and work with the parties involved to structure and price it so that it will be acceptable to both the Buyer and the Seller. Valuation

We provide companies looking for an indication of their valuation with an independent industry-based opinion. We combine traditional methods of valuation with industry experience so that our clients would have the benefit of knowing what and how to value their companies in the real world, as opposed to a theoretical valuation.

Due Diligence

We provide Business & Investment due diligence service for clients who may want to such services performed on an investment opportunity before they draw down their funds or commit significant resources to perform financial and legal due diligence.
