As he held up his hand to me, I hesitated for a second. I have not shaken a hand for what seemed like an eternity. This was me, at a meeting near the Melbourne CBD, a first for me since the Covid struck early this year. Parking my car and looking for the parking meter seemed almost liberating! Nevertheless, some things have changed. The office, with a skeletal staff, lacks the hustle and bustle of busy bodies going about their business, the photocopy machine stood silent like a lone sentry in a remote outpost and worst of all….. no beverage was served (ouch!).

As I left the office with the lift all to myself, I thought, well, maybe its not all that bad.
